We’re working with a growing planning consultancy that is looking to appoint a Town Planner to join their Sheffield team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a planner looking to develop their career, working across a varied range of projects and gaining exposure to both private and public sector clients.
The Role
- Manage and support planning applications from submission through to determination.
- Provide planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare planning statements, reports and supporting documents.
- Liaise with local planning authorities and other consultants.
- Support senior team members on larger and more complex projects.
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous UK planning experience, either within consultancy, local government or a related environment. You’ll have a good understanding of the planning system, strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
RTPI membership or working towards chartership would be advantageous.
