Town Planner – Exeter
Salary: £30,000–£37,000 + benefits
Location: Exeter | Hybrid
Type: Permanent, Full-time
We’re working with a growing planning consultancy in Exeter who are looking for a Town Planner to join their team.
You’ll work across a variety of residential, commercial and rural projects, preparing planning applications and advising clients throughout the development process.
What we’re looking for:

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.

Previous planning experience is desirable.

Good understanding of UK planning policy.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

MRTPI or working towards it is a bonus.
