We’re working with a well-established planning consultancy in Oxford who are looking to add a Senior Planner to their growing team.

The role offers exposure to a range of residential, commercial and strategic land projects, working closely with developers, landowners and local authorities.

The role

• Managing planning applications and appeals.

• Providing planning and policy advice to clients.

• Preparing planning statements and supporting documents.

• Liaising with councils, consultants and stakeholders.

• Attending client meetings and site visits.

• Supporting junior planners and contributing to new business.

About you

We’re looking for someone with 4–7 years’ UK planning consultancy experience, with strong knowledge of the English planning system. MRTPI or progress towards chartership is preferred.
