  • Significant experience within the planning sector, ideally gained within a planning consultancy or similar professional environment.
  • MRTPI status or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, planning legislation and national and local planning policy.
  • Proven experience managing planning projects and applications, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills, with confidence engaging with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues desirable.

What's on Offer?

  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional annual leave.
  • Competitive company bonus scheme and pension.
  • Flexible and hybrid working opportunities.
  • A varied and exciting portfolio of development projects across the UK.
  • Excellent opportunities for career progression, professional development and continued RTPI support.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of projects and develop strong client management experience.
