Town Planning Consultant
 
Exeter | Full-time | Office-based
I'm currently recruiting for an established and growing planning consultancy who are looking to appoint a town planning consultant from Assistant Planner through to Senior Planner level (flexible) to join their Exeter office.
 
This is a great opportunity to join a specialist consultancy working across a varied portfolio of development projects, including residential, commercial, strategic land, tourism and leisure.
 
Depending on your level of experience, you'll be involved in:
·Preparing and managing planning applications
·Providing planning advice to clients
·Supporting strategic planning and development projects
·Liaising with local authorities, clients and consultants
·Managing projects and client relationships at Senior Planner level
 
The ideal candidate will have experience within planning, either in consultancy or a local authority environment. A relevant planning qualification is preferred, with MRTPI or progress towards chartership advantageous for more senior appointments.
