We’re looking for someone with around 12–18 months’ planning experience who is keen to develop their expertise and take on greater project responsibility.

The Role:

  • Supporting and preparing Reserved Matters applications.
  • Reviewing outline permissions, conditions and planning requirements.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects and technical consultants.
  • Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation.
  • Liaising with local authorities and project teams.
  • Supporting applications through to determination.

About You:

  • 12–18 months’ Town Planning experience.
  • Relevant planning qualification.
  • Some Reserved Matters exposure and a good understanding of the process.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Keen to develop your career and work towards MRTPI.

A fantastic opportunity to build a valuable specialism, gain hands-on project experience and progress within a supportive team.
