Assistant Planner – Manchester

£28,000 – £35,000 + benefits | Hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has come up with a busy and growing planning consultancy in Manchester for an Assistant Planner looking to take the next step in their career.

This is a great role for someone who already has some consultancy experience and wants to gain exposure to a wider range of projects while working alongside an experienced planning team.

The day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with planning applications and appeals
• Undertaking planning research and appraisals
• Preparing reports and supporting documents
• Liaising with clients, consultants and local authorities
• Supporting senior members of the team across a varied project portfolio

They're looking for someone with:

1–3 years’ experience in planning, ideally within the private sector, who is enthusiastic, organised and keen to develop their career.
