Our client, an established Planning and Surveying Consultancy are urgently looking for an Graduate Town Planner to join their team in Preston. The successful candidate will receive support and guidance through their APC to become a Chartered Planner (through either the RTPI or RICS pathways) and will gain exposure to a variety of projects within the residential and commercial sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
For this role applicants are sought with a relevant planning related degree (RTPI or RICS accredited) and ideally some planning experience within a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Graduate Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
