Town Planner | Hampshire | Planning Consultancy
I'm currently working with a highly regarded independent planning consultancy in Hampshire that is looking to add a Town Planner to its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with consultancy or local authority experience who is looking to work on a varied portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land developments.
The Role
You'll be involved in a wide range of planning work, including:
- Preparing and submitting planning applications.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Undertaking site appraisals and planning research.
- Providing planning advice throughout the development process.
- Supporting senior team members on larger, complex projects while managing your own workload.
About You
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
- Experience within town planning, either in consultancy or the public sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable.
