I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a respected independent planning consultancy in Chester that is looking to appoint a Senior Town Planner as part of its continued growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive team working on an exciting mix of residential, commercial, employment, heritage and rural projects across the North West and beyond.
The consultancy has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice and offers genuine opportunities for career progression, with clear routes to Associate level.
You'll ideally have:
- MRTPI qualification
- Around 4+ years' planning experience
- Consultancy experience preferred
- Strong report writing and project management skills
- The ability to manage your own caseload and build lasting client relationships
