Our client, an established planning and surveying consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Associate Town Planner to work out of their Colchester offices. The successful Associate Town Planner can expect to take on a varied workload, preparing applications for land, residential and commercial developments.

Ideally candidates will have a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant planning discipline and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI. Extensive town planning experience (within the private sector) is essential as is the ability to prepare high quality written reports.

Within the role the successful Town Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert strategic planning advice to clients and prepare planning applications and appeals.
