Graduate Town Planner
Salary: £25,000–£26,000 per annum

Are you a recent graduate ready to begin your career in Town Planning? We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join a well-established planning team based in the Cambridge area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, gaining valuable experience from day one. You'll receive ongoing support from experienced planners, full guidance towards MRTPI Chartership, and have clear opportunities for career progression within a growing business.
The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:

Assist with the preparation and submission of planning applications.

Carry out planning policy, site, and development research.

Prepare planning reports, statements, and supporting documents.

Liaise with clients, local authorities, and project teams.

Support senior planners on a variety of projects and attend meetings where required.
About You

A degree in Town Planning or an RTPI-accredited related discipline.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in planning and development.

Well organised and eager to learn.

A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
