🚨 Senior Planning Officer - Majors Team | Hampshire | 3-6 Month Rolling Contract

I'm working with a well-regarded Local Authority in Hampshire looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join their Majors Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Development Management Planner looking to work on a varied caseload of major applications (up to 100 units) within a supportive and collaborative team.

The role:
✅ Major applications up to 100 dwellings
✅ 3-6 month rolling contract
✅ Once a week in the office
✅ Flexible hybrid working
✅ Competitive day rate (DOE)
✅ Immediate start available

We're looking for:

• Recent Local Authority Development Management experience
• Experience determining major residential applications
• Strong report writing and committee experience
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
