I'm currently working with a Local Authority in Essex looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on an interim basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established planning service, managing a varied caseload of planning applications while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working. The contract is offered on a 6-month rolling basis, providing excellent stability for the right candidate. Similar interim opportunities in Essex are commonly offered at around £45 per hour for Senior Planning Officers.
