💷 £55 per hour
💰 Approx. £5,300 take-home per month (depending on your individual tax circumstances)
📅 6-month rolling contract
🏡 Just 1 day a week or once a fortnight in the office
I'm working with a well-established Local Authority in Essex that is looking to bring in an experienced Principal Planning Officer to support their Major Projects team.
You'll be leading on a varied caseload of major applications, managing Planning Performance Agreements (PPAs), negotiating with developers and stakeholders, and presenting complex schemes through the planning process. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile developments while benefiting from an excellent hybrid working arrangement.
The role offers:

You'll need:
✔️ Strong Local Authority Development Management experience
