Rate: £40–£50 per hour
Potential Earnings: £4,300+ monthly take-home potential*

I'm working with several Local Authorities across the Yorkshire area , who are looking to appoint experienced Senior Planning Enforcement Officers for long-term contract assignments.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex planning enforcement investigations
- Investigating breaches of planning control and unauthorised development
- Drafting and serving Enforcement, Breach of Condition and Stop Notices
- Preparing evidence for appeals, hearings, inquiries, and legal proceedings
- Conducting site visits and negotiating with stakeholders
- Working closely with legal teams, elected members, and senior officers
- Progressing longstanding and high-profile enforcement cases
