Candidate Requirements
Requirements will vary depending on the level of role, but successful candidates will typically possess:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- MRTPI qualification or progression towards chartership (where applicable)
- Strong report-writing and communication skills
- Experience managing planning applications and appeals
- Commercial awareness and client-facing experience for senior appointments
- Leadership and business development capabilities for Associate Director and Director-level roles
