Senior/ Principal Planner - Camberley | Hybrid
I’m currently working with a leading UK consultancy in planning, development economics, and design that is looking to appoint an MRTPI-qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join its growing team.
The consultancy works on a wide range of high-profile and complex projects for major developers, housebuilders, landowners, and public sector clients across England and Wales. They have built a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused planning advice alongside exceptional client service, with a collaborative and supportive culture that encourages professional development and progression.
The Role
You will be involved in delivering significant projects across:
- Strategic planning
- Development management
- Planning project coordination
- Advisory work for both private and public sector clients

About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- MRTPI qualification
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply planning expertise within the wider property context
- Excellent analytical, written, and communication skills
- Confidence in client-facing situations
- Experience managing planning projects and coordinating schemes
- A proactive and energetic approach with a willingness to learn and progress
