This role is open to experienced professionals operating at Senior to Associate Town Planner level who are looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage developments, you will have the opportunity to lead high-quality planning projects, build lasting client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role
- Lead and manage planning projects from inception through to delivery.
- Prepare planning appraisals, applications, and appeals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development and contribute to team growth.
- Work collaboratively across a varied and high-quality project portfolio.
About You
- RTPI Chartered Planner.
- Strong and broad planning consultancy experience.
- Commercially aware with a solid understanding of development projects.
- Experienced in managing projects and client relationships.
- Motivated, proactive, and career-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
