About the Role
You will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of projects, working across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity to influence projects from inception through to delivery, while supporting junior team members and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage planning applications and appeals
- Provide strategic planning advice to clients
- Prepare high-quality reports, policy appraisals, and submissions
- Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Mentor and guide junior planners within the team
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards with significant experience)
- Proven experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and processes
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
