Senior Town Planner – Strategic and Development Planning | £55,000–£70,000 + Benefits | London/Hybrid

I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, design-led consultancy that’s at the forefront of shaping some of the most high-profile and innovative developments across the UK. They’re seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their growing team and play a key role in delivering projects that truly make a difference.

About the Role
As a Senior Planner, you’ll work on a diverse portfolio of projects, from major mixed-use regeneration schemes to complex planning strategies for both public and private sector clients. You’ll be involved from inception through to submission, offering commercially informed advice, shaping planning narratives, and influencing policy at both local and strategic levels.

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, work closely with design and technical teams, and represent clients at committee and inquiry level where needed.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years' planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment

• MRTPI accreditation (or eligibility)

• Strong understanding of UK planning policy and development processes

• Proven ability to manage projects and clients independently

• Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills

• A passion for great places and urban design
