The role:
This position offers the chance to get fully involved in the planning process while learning from experienced professionals. You’ll be:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications
- Carrying out site research and planning policy analysis
- Supporting senior planners on a range of projects
- Liaising with local authorities and external consultants
- Helping to prepare reports, statements, and supporting documents
About you:
This role is perfect for someone who has already gained some initial planning experience and is eager to develop:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a planning role (consultancy or local authority)
- A relevant degree in Town Planning or similar
- An interest in working towards MRTPI status
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
