The opportunity:
You’ll be joining a team that’s actively involved in shaping developments across South Wales and beyond. The role will see you:
- Preparing and managing planning applications and supporting reports
- Undertaking site appraisals and planning policy reviews
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and external consultants
- Supporting on appeals and strategic planning work
- Contributing to the successful delivery of projects across multiple sectors
About you:
We’re keen to speak with planners who are motivated and ready to take the next step:
- Experience in a consultancy or local authority planning role
- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related field
- MRTPI qualified or working towards accreditation
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Enthusiastic, organised, and keen to progress
