The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll support senior planners in delivering high-quality planning advice and applications. You’ll be involved in projects from early-stage feasibility through to submission and negotiation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
- Conducting site appraisals and planning research
- Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports
- Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes
About You
- A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Working towards (or interest in pursuing) MRTPI accreditation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
