Assistant Planner – Altrincham

The Role:
- Supporting senior planners on a wide range of planning applications and projects
- Assisting with site appraisals, planning research, and policy reviews
- Preparing reports, statements, and supporting documentation
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
- Keeping up to date with planning legislation and industry trends
About You:
- 1+ year of planning experience (public or private sector)
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
- A genuine passion for planning and development
