Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of planning officers within Development Management, Oversee complex applications, appeals, and major planning proposals and provide professional guidance, mentoring, and decision-making support, Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the DM service. Contribute to process improvements and service transformation projects and Liaise with members, developers, stakeholders, and internal teams

They are lookimng for someone with Scottish Planning Expereince,Proven managerial/leadership experience (Principal or Manager level), Ability to handle and able complex and major applications
