A highly regarded local authority in Surrey is seeking a Principal Planner to lead on major applications (100–1,000 units), including green/grey belt sites.
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience managing major applications (100+ units)
- Confidence leading schemes through to determination
- Sign-off experience would be a significant advantage
