The Role

As a Graduate Planner, you’ll join a small but busy regional team, working across a wide range of planning applications for both strategic and immediate sites. The role offers exposure to all stages of the development process, including planning policy, land promotion, development management and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing land and development opportunities against business criteria
  • Providing planning advice to internal teams
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications
  • Attending meetings with local authorities and key stakeholders
  • Managing ongoing planning matters and discharging planning conditions

 

About You

  • Degree or Master’s in Planning or Real Estate (RTPI or RICS accreditation preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, confident and able to work on your own initiative
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive and able to engage confidently with colleagues at all levels
