We’re working with a highly regarded planning consultancy based in London that’s looking to add a Planner to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated planning professional to work on high-profile projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
From day one, you’ll be exposed to a diverse pipeline of work and supported by experienced senior planners who are genuinely invested in your development.
The Role
- Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications
- Undertaking site appraisals and planning research
- Drafting planning statements and supporting documents
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants, and clients
- Supporting senior team members on complex projects
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Ideally 1–5 years’ experience within UK planning (public or private sector)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach
- MRTPI or working towards chartership (desirable, not essential)
