PLANNING MANAGER

Required for local Berkshire based developer.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Local authority planning department experience
  • Experience with a developer and or a planning consultancy.
  • Have knowledge of the local authorities in Berkshire/Hampshire and Oxfordshire areas.
  • Live ideally within a 30-minute commute of head office located in Reading.
  • Be part of a small team and be self-motivated.
  • Salary depending on experience.
