The Role
A highly respected independent planning consultancy with a growing nationwide client base is seeking Planner and Senior Planner professionals to join its expert team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of major residential and commercial planning projects across the UK, with exposure to diverse clients and development types.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver planning services for major residential and commercial projects across southern England and nationwide.
- Prepare planning submissions, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Support strategic planning advice and negotiations with local authorities and stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand objectives and provide commercially focused planning solutions.
- Work collaboratively in a friendly, expert team while managing your own workload.
About You
- Planners (RTPI Chartered) and Senior Planners with at least 2+ years relevant planning experience (exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates).
- Strong knowledge of UK planning policy, legislation, and the development process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Confident engaging with clients and stakeholders at all project stages.
