The Role
Depending on your level, you’ll be involved in:
- Managing planning applications and appeals across a varied portfolio
- Advising clients on planning strategy and development potential
- Working on residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes
- Leading projects and mentoring junior planners
- At Principal/Associate level: contributing to business development and team growth
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards at Senior Planner level)
- Experience within a planning consultancy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing projects and client relationships
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a consultancy setting
