The Role
Depending on your level, you’ll be involved in:
- Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals
- Advising clients on development strategy and planning risk
- Working on major residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes
- Leading projects and supporting junior team members
- For Principal/Associate roles: contributing to client development and team growth
About You
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards for Senior Planner level)
- Experience within a planning consultancy environment
- Strong report writing and project management skills
- Confident communicator with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
- Ambition to progress and develop within a consultancy setting
