An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Town Planner to join a highly regarded, nationwide town planning consultancy offering flexibility on office location across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to kick-start their planning career with a consultancy known for its supportive culture, strong reputation, and clear progression pathways.

The role can be based out of any of the company’s UK offices and is ideal if you’re located near (or willing to commute to) one of the following cities:

• London

• Birmingham

• Manchester

• Leeds

• Bristol

The Role

As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll work alongside experienced planners on a wide variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience and structured support as you work towards chartership. You’ll be involved in preparing planning applications, research, site appraisals, and client support across multiple sectors.

The consultancy works across a broad range of sectors, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, energy, and mixed-use developments, providing excellent exposure early in your career.

About You

• A Town Planning degree (RTPI accredited ideally)

• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in planning consultancy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn

• Eligibility to work in the UK
