The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering planning advice across a wide range of high-profile and complex projects throughout the region. You’ll work closely with clients, local authorities, and internal teams, contributing to major developments and helping shape the built environment.
Key Responsibilities

Managing and delivering planning applications and appeals

Providing strategic planning advice to clients

Leading on projects and supporting junior team members

Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients

Contributing to business development and client relationships
About You
-
MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)

Strong experience within consultancy or local authority planning

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Confident managing projects and client relationships
-
Ambitious, commercially aware, and team-oriented
