Job title: Senior Town Planner

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an independent fast growing Town Planning consultancy in the Milton Keynes area. With being in the industry for a number of years and over 30 years’ experience collectively as a team we are looking for the successful candidate to be at a Senior level or looking for a step up in a role with private sector experience.
Working all across England and Wales my client is currently working on wide range of projects sectors from residential, commercial, rural, mixed-use and retail and more!
Candidates must have the following:-
- MSc within the Town Planning sector
- Member of the RTPI
- Ideally private consultancy experience and public sector experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong written skills
Your day to day duties will consist of the following:-
- Planning applications
- Planning appeals
- Planning obligations
- Building consent applications
