Senior Planners

The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join a growing consultancy delivering complex development projects across the UK. The role offers autonomy, client-facing responsibility and involvement in challenging schemes across Tourism & Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Country Estate and Strategic Land sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning projects from inception to determination
- Secure and negotiate planning consents
- Lead client engagement and act as key project contact
- Develop and deliver robust planning strategies
- Apply planning law, policy and precedent to complex cases
About You
- MRTPI qualified
- Minimum 3 years’ planning experience (public or private sector)
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Confident, analytical and solutions-focused
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
