Senior Town Planner

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a respected architecture and planning consultancy on their search for a Senior Town Planner to join their growing Fulham-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded and design-conscious planning professional to play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning applications, appeals, and strategic advice across high-profile urban and mixed-use developments.

The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll be responsible for managing planning applications from inception to decision, preparing policy representations, supporting appeals, and offering sound strategic guidance to a broad client base including developers, architects, and landowners.

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers, contributing to projects that shape the urban fabric across London and the South East.

What We’re Looking For

• MRTPI qualified (or working towards)

• Relevant years of experience in a planning consultancy or similar environment

• Proven track record of managing planning applications and appeals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders

• A passion for high-quality development and a design-led approach
