The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy with a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and regeneration projects. You’ll gain exposure to significant developments across the region and benefit from a clear, structured progression path.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload of planning applications and appeals
- Preparing high-quality planning statements, reports, and appraisals
- Delivering professional planning advice to a range of clients
- Supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile development schemes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
Candidate Profile
- MRTPI-qualified (or on track for submission)
- Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and procedures
- Confident communicator with excellent report-writing skills
- Proactive and team-oriented approach
- Experience in either consultancy or local authority planning
