Senior Planner

Location: Midlands

The Role:

The Senior Planner will support colleagues with providing planning advice to the regional team(s) to assist with the coordination and scheduling of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of planning appraisals for potential land opportunities.
• Assist in shaping planning strategies for both new acquisitions and existing sites.
• Collaborate with the wider team to produce well-reasoned, high-quality development proposals.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with Local Planning Authorities, consultants, and legal advisors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a planning role is essential.
• Qualified to HND level or, ideally, degree level in Planning (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and project stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the planning process and how it applies in a development context.
