Job title: Senior Town Planner

Location: Stratford upon Avon

Salary: Competitive

Penguin Recruitment are excited to be supporting an established planning consultancy who are looking for an experience Senior Town Planner to join the team of chartered planners.

My client specialises on a wide range of projects from commercial, residential, renewable energy and home improvements within their 8 offices across the UK.

Your role will consist of the following day to day duties:-

  • Working on planning applications
  • Objecting to proposed developments
  • Providing planning advice
  • Working on small scale and large complex developments
  • Working closely with local authorities
