Senior or Principal Town Planner | North West England | £50,000 – £65,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Town Planner looking to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of exciting projects? My client, a highly regarded town planning consultancy with an excellent reputation in the sector, is seeking a Senior or Principal Town Planner to join their established team in the North West.

In this role, you will lead projects from inception through to completion, working directly with clients and preparing high-quality planning applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping development across the region while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in town planning within a consultancy setting

• Proven ability to manage projects independently

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients

• A high standard of written work and attention to detail
