Town Planner – Leeds

Are you ready to take the next step in your town planning career? We're working with a highly respected consultancy in Leeds that’s growing fast and looking to add a talented Town Planner to their dynamic team.
As the recruiter for this role, I’m looking to speak with motivated planners who are passionate about shaping sustainable, vibrant places and who want to join a company that genuinely invests in their development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of planning applications
- Preparing high-quality planning statements, appraisals, and supporting documents
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Offering expert advice across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
- Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to business development
What we’re looking for:
- MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
- Experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
- Strong understanding of UK planning policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
