What You’ll Do
- Work on a diverse mix of residential, commercial, regeneration, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare planning applications, development appraisals, and policy reports
- Engage with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders
- Contribute to high-quality place-making across Newcastle and the wider North East
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning or related discipline
- MRTPI status or working towards chartership (depending on level)
- Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges
