Senior Town Planner – Nottingham (£35k - £45k DOE)
We are recruiting on a behalf of a multidisciplinary consultancy for a Senior Planner to join their office in Nottingham.

Salary: £35k - £45k DOE
About the Role:
As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of projects, offering strategic planning advice and managing applications from concept to completion. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where your expertise will help shape successful outcomes and deliver high-quality, impactful planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a diverse range of planning applications across public and private sector projects.
- Deliver expert planning and development advice to clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional growth.
- Stay up to date with changes in planning policy, legislation, and local development frameworks.
About you:
- Hold an RTPI-accredited or related planning degree.
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (or actively working towards chartered status).
- Strong understanding of the UK planning system and practical experience in planning.
- Experience within the private sector is preferred, though not essential.
