Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be working with a highly respected, award-winning planning consultancy as they look to appoint a Planner or Senior Planner to join their growing Birmingham office.

The Role
Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline in the strategic land sector, this consultancy is now seeking a motivated Planner or Senior Planner to help deliver site promotions, planning applications, and appeals for residential and mixed-use developments — from small schemes to large-scale settlements across the UK.
You’ll be joining a highly supportive and ambitious team, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about high-quality planning outcomes and personal career development.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in promoting strategic land and managing complex planning projects.
- Can deliver projects to agreed deadlines with attention to detail and clarity in reporting.
- Has excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude and a passion for learning and professional growth.
