I have a new role with a client in West Midlands who is looking to get an experienced Principal Planning Policy Officer on a 6 month basis.

The right candidate will require in depth knowledge of the local plan process and will have demonstrable experience of reviewing regulation 18 consultations and reviewing policies following receipt of these responses.

-6 months
-£55 p/h OUTSIDE IR35
-happy to wait till  Middle of January for the right candidate 
-fully remote - attendance only needed to pick up eqiupment
