Senior Town Planner – Hampshire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a respected planning consultancy based in Hampshire, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, while contributing to the continued success of a dynamic and supportive practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of planning projects from inception to completion, providing expert advice to clients, preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals, and liaising with local authorities and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- RTPI Chartered Membership (or working towards it)
- Strong understanding of UK planning policy and legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative, proactive approach and commercial awareness
