An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join a well-established, Director-led consultancy in Leeds. The team works on some of the largest and most high-profile development schemes across the North, with a strong pipeline of new projects heading into 2026.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, supporting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects while developing your professional skills and progressing quickly within the business.

The Role:

• Undertake planning research and prepare high-quality reports, including planning statements, site assessments, and applications.
• Support senior team members on major projects and client work.
• Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and local authorities to deliver successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• RTPI-accredited degree (MRTPI or working towards)
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial awareness and strong organisational ability
