A Local Authority in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Principal Planner to lead on major applications and mentor junior team members, offering a great mix of hands-on work and leadership.
The Role
- Manage and progress major and complex planning applications
- Mentor and support junior planners
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and service delivery
- Office attendance 1–2 days a week
